As a sales engineer, you will take on a key role in direct customer contact and actively contribute to the expansion of our customer base. That applies to you
  • You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering.

  • You have very good command of spoken and written German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2).

Your Contribution to Success
  • Become a partner for our customers: You will provide potential new customers with comprehensive advice on our structural analysis software solutions, convince them of their advantages, and win them over to us. You will analyze customers' specific requirements and work with them to develop individual solutions using various channels, such as phone, email, or online meetings (no field sales).
  • Successful Quote Management: In order to not only meet, but exceed the expectations of our customers, you will be responsible for creating tailored quotes and following up on them. Also, conduct important negociation in order to find optimal solutions for both sides.
  • Building and maintaining your customer base: Over time, you build up your own customer base and bond them to our company in the long term. Become an important contact for your customers and inform them regularly about new products, events, and promotions.
  • Your way to becoming a sales professional: Benefit from numerous lead sources and work exclusively with warm leads (no cold calling). Professional phone guidelines are available to you as well as weekly best practice sessions with the entire sales team to coach each other.
